Morgan foods from Austin Indiana wanted a large countdown timer that could be placed in a wet environment for measuring the change over time from one product to another on their assembly line. Morgan foods processes foods for Walmart, Samsclub and Aldi as well as other large grocery chains. The unit they purchased is a model DC-80T-DN-W with a weather proof IP66 rated case and indoor intensity display. This 4 digit unit has 8 inch red LED displays that are visible up to 400ft. The DC-80T-DN-W can countdown from 99 hours and comes with a wireless RF remote control. This aluminum cased display is proudly made in USA. Morgan foods wanted to let everyone working on the production line changeover how much allotted time is remaining on the changeover. Morgan foods requested this display to count down and once it reaches zero the display will begin to flash and start counting back up. With this feature the display will let the production team know exactly how much total elapse time has expired.
