Designed as a drop-in electronic display, this compact 4-digit red LED unit provides multiple operating modes without requiring complicated programming or wiring.

The DC-25-OEM features four super-bright 2.3-inch red LED digits with a viewing distance of up to 120 feet. Its aluminum back-box enclosure, protective acrylic red lens, and included mounting hardware make it suitable for installation in signs, safety displays, scoreboards, advertising panels, walls, and other custom display applications.

Multiple Display Functions in One Unit

The DC-25-OEM was designed to provide more than a simple numerical display. Depending on the application, the unit can operate as a:

• Days counter – Counts days up or down to 9,999 days.
• Count-up timer – Tracks elapsed hours, minutes, and seconds.
• Count-down timer – Counts down time for timing applications.
• Time-of-day clock – Displays 12- or 24-hour time.
• Static number display – Displays any number up to 9,999.
• Counter – Provides numerical counting functionality.
• Computer-controlled display – An available serial control port can provide additional control capabilities, including displaying numerical values and other information.

This flexibility allows customers to incorporate a single digital display into a wide variety of applications without limiting the display to one specific function.

Designed for Drop-In Sign Integration

The DC-25-OEM measures approximately 8 inches wide by 4-5/8 inches tall and 1-1/4 inches deep, making it well suited for integration into custom signs and existing display structures. The all-aluminum back box provides a durable enclosure while the red acrylic lens protects the LED display and provides a clear viewing surface.

Three front-access momentary push-button switches provide convenient control of the display. For applications requiring additional functionality, the unit also includes a port for optional wired or wireless serial remote controls.

Simple Installation and Operation

The DC-25-OEM is supplied with a PS-12-700 120-240 VAC power adapter and a 6-foot cord, allowing the display to be powered without requiring a separate power supply installation. Optional battery backup can also be provided through two AA alkaline batteries.

With multiple timing, counting, clock, and static display functions available in one compact package, the DC-25-OEM gives companies and organizations a flexible way to add illuminated digital information to custom signs and displays.
