City Signs recently purchased a custom DC-Digital DC-156S time of day clock for an outdoor walking path. The custom display was designed with amber-colored LEDs to coordinate with the yellow and gray signage located on the tower, providing both a functional time display and a visually coordinated addition to the site.

The DC-156S is an outdoor-rated time of day clock that displays hours, minutes, and seconds in a large, easy-to-read format. With 15-inch LED digits and a viewing distance of up to 750 feet, the clock provides excellent visibility for pedestrians and visitors across larger outdoor areas.

Designed for outdoor environments, the DC-156S features an IP-66-rated aluminum enclosure with a durable black powder-coated finish. The display uses sunlight-resistant LEDs and a wide viewing angle, making it well suited for parks, walking paths, campuses, recreational facilities, municipal areas, and other outdoor locations where a highly visible time display is needed.

The DC-156S supports 12- or 24-hour time formats and offers selectable time zones. Time adjustments can be made using a 2.4 GHz RF wireless handheld controller with a range of up to 150 feet. A rechargeable 9-volt battery provides power backup for continued operation during temporary power interruptions.
