See 8x assembly video: We hand cut, crimp, and assemble each enclosure. They are made of extruded aluminum that is formed according to DC-Digital’s specifications. The aluminum is processed and shipped to us in 14 feet cut lengths. We cut it into specific lengths depending on the display height we are making, 6 inch, 8 inch, 15 inch or 30 inch high digits. Then hand assembled them here at our factory in Carlisle, Ohio.
