That\u2019s exactly what our custom-built <strong>DC-25T-DN-BCD-NEMA<\/strong> delivers. Designed in collaboration with <a href=\"https:\/\/jbsfoodsgroup.com\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/jbsfoodsgroup.com\/\">JBS Foods<\/a>, this custom order highlights how DC-Digital adapts our timers to meet unique operational and sanitation requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This model is equipped with <strong>BCD rotary set switches<\/strong> that can be remotely connected and securely housed in a <strong>lockable, latched NEMA watertight enclosure<\/strong>. Operators can easily set times up to <strong>99 minutes and 59 seconds<\/strong>, and in this build, the switches are configured for 20 seconds. For ease of use, we mounted the <strong>Start\/Stop<\/strong> and <strong>Reset to Last Value<\/strong> switches right on the front of the enclosure, ensuring that employees can quickly manage cycles during daily operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>DC-25T-DN-BCD-NEMA<\/strong> also features:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NEMA watertight, washable enclosures<\/strong> for both the timer display and remote controls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>25 feet of Aqua-Seal watertight control cabling<\/strong>, connecting Start, Stop, Reset, and the BCD rotary set switches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>one-second relay \u201cON\u201d output<\/strong> at the end of each timing cycle, with terminal block and cable gland included.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>large 2.3-inch LED digital display<\/strong>, bright and readable from up to 120 feet away.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Easy-to-install terminal blocks<\/strong> with watertight cable gland entry for secure integration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanitation is one of the top priorities in food processing environments. Because of this, both the timer and the remote control system were designed for <strong>washability and durability<\/strong>. The enclosures meet <strong>NEMA 4X, 6, 6P, 12, 12K, 13, and IP-66 approvals<\/strong>, ensuring long-term protection against water, dust, and frequent cleaning routines required in food plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another unique aspect of this order is the <strong>separation of remote controls from the timer itself<\/strong>.
