This project was commissioned by a customer who previously used our four-digit models but required a more simplified version for tracking laps under 100. The result is a powerful, streamlined, and highly visible lap counter that delivers professional-grade performance with user-friendly controls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This display is designed to be <strong>wireless and remote-controlled<\/strong>, enabling easy use during fast-paced racing events where timing and visibility are crucial. The controller provides simple functionality:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>+1 Button<\/strong>: Increments the count by one with each press<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u20131 Button<\/strong>: Decrements the count by one with each press<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Set Button<\/strong>: Starts auto-incrementing. The count begins slowly, then accelerates over time. Pressing the set button again stops the auto-counting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zero Button<\/strong>: Resets the display back to zero<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Product Features:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Digit Size<\/strong>: Two large <strong>30-inch red LED digits<\/strong> ensure clear visibility from a distance, even in bright outdoor conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Case Construction<\/strong>: Built using a <strong>powder-coated aluminum extrusion<\/strong>, offering durability and weather resistance for outdoor racing environments.<br>The rugged enclosure is not only corrosion-resistant but also engineered to withstand harsh trackside conditions like heat, moisture, and debris. The powder-coated finish adds an extra layer of protection, while the extrusion\u2019s structural rigidity helps maintain integrity during transport or installation. This makes it ideal for long-term outdoor use, temporary setups, or mobile racing operations where reliability is essential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mounting<\/strong>: Equipped with <strong>dual C-Channel mounting rails<\/strong> on the back for flexible installation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Power Requirements<\/strong>: Operates on <strong>120\u2013240V AC at 50\/60Hz<\/strong>, drawing <strong>up to 5 amps<\/strong>.
