JBS USA<\/a> ordered a DC-Digital EZ-Time Master Clock and Bell Schedule system to help manage complex shift schedules throughout its operations. The Windows-based system provides an intuitive interface for creating and managing multiple bell schedules while keeping connected digital clocks synchronized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The system combines EZ-Time Master Clock and Bell Schedule software with DC-Digital secondary clocks featuring custom firmware and integrated relay functionality. Each secondary clock can be individually addressed through the software, allowing different clocks to follow specific shift schedules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When a scheduled break or lunch begins, the system activates a bell through the integrated relay and the associated clock switches from time-of-day operation to a countdown display. Employees can see the remaining break or lunch time at a glance. When the countdown reaches its scheduled endpoint, the bell sounds again and the clock returns to displaying the current time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The EZ-Time system supports an extensive number of scheduled events, making it well suited for facilities with multiple shifts and varying break schedules.
